By using CorePaw, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trick you.

Not veterinary advice

CorePaw is a record-keeping tool, not a veterinary service. The vaccine information in the app is general background, clearly marked as such, and does not describe what your animal needs. Decisions about your pet's treatment, medication and dosing belong with your vet. In an emergency, contact your vet or an out-of-hours practice — not an app.

Reminders

CorePaw schedules reminders on your device from the dates you enter. They depend on your phone's operating system, its notification settings and its battery rules, so they are a helpful prompt rather than a guarantee. Please don't rely on them alone for anything critical.

Your account and your household

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. If you create a household, you're responsible for who you invite and what access you give them. People you invite can see your pets' records; members with edit permissions can change them.

Your data

Your pets' records are yours. CorePaw stores them on your device first, and — if you're signed in with a paid plan — syncs them to your household. See our Privacy Policy for how that works and how to delete your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, when they launch, renew automatically until cancelled, and are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. If a paid plan lapses the app keeps working on one device — and memorial mode and the memory book stay free regardless.

Fair use of AI features

The AI vaccination-card scan costs us money each time it runs. Where a plan describes it as "unlimited", that means unlimited for normal personal use, subject to a fair-use policy: we apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse, automated or bulk use, and usage far beyond a typical individual. These limits can change as we tune the service, and we may temporarily slow, pause or restrict AI features to keep it sustainable.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, attempt to extract API keys or tokens, automate or resell access, or use it to harm others. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

CorePaw is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email.
