None of this takes an evening. Add what you have, add the rest as it happens, and the record builds itself.

Add your pet

Name, species, breed, date of birth, a photo. Dog or cat — the app changes to suit, so a cat gets a litter tracker and no walks screen.

Fill in the passport

Microchip number and registry, pedigree or KC number, insurance policy and renewal date, your vet's practice and phone. Add allergies while you're there — they sit right under the passport, in red if they're severe.

Import the health history

Photograph an old vaccination card and CorePaw pulls the records out for you to check before saving. Or type them in: vaccinations, worming, flea and tick, vet visits, medications.

Log the day as it happens

One tap for feed, water, med, toilet or a note. Start a walk and it maps itself. Tick a dose off and the household sees it was given, by whom, at what time.

Bring in the household

Invite your partner, the kids or a dog walker with a code that already carries their role and permissions. Everyone sees everything; you choose who can change what.

Hand it to your vet

One tap builds a shareable, printable PDF — identity, microchip, latest weight and body condition score, allergies, the full history, current medications and the symptom diary with its photos — and opens the share sheet to email, print or save it.
